Encinitas looks to update inclusionary housing ordinance

Housing developers could be required to supply 15 percent of affordable housing per market rate project in Encinitas, rather than the current 10 percent, in a new inclusionary housing ordinance being written by city staff.

Fashion with a Passion event to benefit Make-A-Wish child
