Notices of intent to sue the SD County Board of Supervisors were filed on behalf of the Elfin Forest Harmony Grove Town Council, Endangered Habitats League and the Cleveland National Forest Foundation against the approval of Harmony Grove developments. The Sierra Club has also filed its own action.
