Rep. Duncan Hunter spent three times as much on legal defense as he raised last quarter

The campaign for Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Alpine, spent more than three times as much on legal fees as the total amount it raised in the last three months of 2017, amid an ongoing federal criminal investigation into his political spending, according to a report filed Wednesday with the Federal Election Commission.
