Former state Assemblyman Nathan Fletcher was leading former District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis in the race to succeed Ron Roberts on the San Diego County Board of Supervisors in initial returns Tuesday night, according to the Registrar of Voters.
In the only contested judicial race in San Diego County, Deputy District Attorney Matt Brower had an early lead over Superior Court Judge Gary Kreep, who is seeking re-election.
