Donald Trump upended conventional wisdom when he was elected president of the United States in 2016. As voters nationwide prepare to cast ballots in the 2018 midterm elections, we asked several San Diego area residents to answer the following question: How has Trump changed politics?

Everyone: Voting key to healthy democracy. Evidence: No, it's not.
