As the Santa Fe Irrigation District (SFID) begins the process of setting its rates for the next three years, the Rancho Santa Fe Association is urging the district to scrap its system of tiered rates tied to the amount of water used, in favor of uniform water rates for all residential customers.

New homes on Via de la Valle slope proposed

Developers are proposing 32 new homes on the slope of Via de la Valle, east of Armstrong Garden Center and west of the Santa Fe Downs development.
