North I-15 lanes closed at Miramar Road after 2 killed in suspected DUI crash

All lanes of northbound Interstate 15 remained closed at Miramar Road early Wednesday after two people were killed in a crash involving a suspected DUI driver late Tuesday night, authorities said.
